***Ingredient:
- Fish cake
- Udon Noodles 1 pcs
- Chicken: 100g
- Baby chicken thigh mushroom: 50g
- Shiitake mushrooms: 20g
- Kale: 3 plants
- Baro onions, can be replaced with green onions
- Water: 350 ml
- Nest Chanko Bird’s Nest Hot Pot: 50ml
- Minced garlic: teaspoon
***Steps to take
Step 1
Clean the way vegetables. Chopped cabbage. Thinly sliced chicken thighs. Fish cake cut into bite-sized pieces
Boneless chicken, remove skin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chicken breast can be used instead.
Step 2
Put a little oil in the pan and fry the garlic. Next, add the chicken and stir fry until fragrant. When the chicken is cooked, add the mushrooms and sauté until fragrant. Put the bird’s nest hot pot sauce and water in a pot to boil, add the fish cakes and baro onions. When the broth comes to a boil again, adjust the heat to medium-low.
Step 3
While waiting for the broth to boil, bring the water to a boil, add the Udon noodles and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Depending on the type of Udon noodles you use, the cooking time varies, please carefully read the instructions on the package. When the noodles are done, turn off the stove.
Step 4
Finally, place the noodles in a bowl, arrange chicken, vegetables and mushrooms on top, pour over the broth and enjoy.
